1. Registered to Conduct Business in the State of Colorado
2. Send in a Certificate of Insurance with your Enrollment Form
3. Continued Business Operations for a period of no less than one year
4. Agree to Advertise Truthfully, Honor Agreements both written and verbal, Address Disputes Quickly and honestly, Approach all aspects of business with Integrity, and Most importantly you must Establish and Maintain a Positive Track Record in the Gutter Industry.
